Maintain Property Management System (Manhattan)

Design and develop a data extraction interface to feed report information to printing agency. The system collated all online prints into a database with predefined templates for rental demand, charges and official documents. The template system was designed in a flexible way that allowed unique templates to be created with variable line structure and sequencing without the need to amend any of the programs. There was also a facility to allow common lines or parts of forms such as the name and address of the management company to appear only once and be shared. Downloading the database was managed in batch or online, with facilities to both archive processed documents and to restore data if a reprint was required.
Design and develop a Rental demand system to run in batch mode at scheduled time and integrate into the existing system.
Analyse and Improve access speed of a 4GL system to an Oracle database.
